Booking Conditions

Self catering - A deposit of £50 is payable with booking and balance of cost of stay payable 4 weeks before arrival. Letting is from Saturday to Saturday. We have Short breaks of 3 and 4 days from November to February, please enquire for rates. Other conditions as per B&B below.

Bed and Breakfast

A deposit of £20 is payable at the time of booking, this can be done by cheque payable to Mr J Corfield.

A booking once accepted is a legal commitment and guests may be liable for the whole amount of the booking in the event of a cancellation where it proves not possible to re-let the room.
In order to cover this it is recommended that guests should consider taking out travel insurance.


A minimum stay of 2 nights is usually required over weekends and Bank holidays.


 We don’t allow pets to come into the house but they are also welcome if they will sleep in your car. We are unable to allow guests to smoke in the house.

Guests are asked to arrive between 4.30 and 6.30pm. If this isn’t possible please let us know as soon as you can so that we can arrange an alternative, mutually convenient time.
